At Nexora Pet, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

- Personalized or custom-made products
- Items damaged due to misuse
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.
